Please provide your full name, email address, and order number so that we can identify your purchase and process your request.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that the product has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the product unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This EU Right of Withdrawal process is separate from our standard 60-day warranty and return policy. Our 60-day warranty and return policy remains available in addition to any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
